Favorite Lasagna
1 box lasagna noodles
2 large cans Hunts Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 lb hamburger meat
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
Basil
Oregano
Pepper
Cook the noodles. Fry the hamburger, sprinkled with basil, oregano, and pepper, breaking it into as small pieces as possible. Mix the hamburger with the sauce.
Layer a 9x13 pan in this order:
Thin layer of sauce
Noodles
Sauce
Cheese
Noodles
Sauce
Cheese
etc... ending with cheese on the top.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melty and lasagna is hot and bubbly.
To freeze:
Put it in the freezer before cooking it. When you want to eat it, take it out that day or the day before and refrigerate. Bake it, covered with aluminum foil, for about 1 hour, depending on how frozen it is when you put it in (the goal is to have it thawed, hot, and melty all the way through).

No-Bake Cookies
1 cube butter
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 Tsp. vanilla
3 cups oats
Place
butter, milk, cocoa and sugar in a medium size pot and bring to a boil.
(Be careful not to bring it to a boil too fast or too slow). Boil for
1 minute and 10 seconds. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter,
vanilla, and oats. Stir together. Place flattened scoops on aluminum
foil or wax paper. Let sit for about 10 minutes. Enjoy. :)
*If
cookies are too hard you either brought it to a boil too fast or you
let it boil too long. If they're too soft and never get hard enough to
eat then you either brought it to a boil too slow or you didn't let it
boil enough. When bringing to a boil put it on a med/hi heat for best
results.
